Cum resetez parola mysql
1. Se intra in putty cu utilizatorul si cu parola de root
2. Se opreste serverul MySQL: /usr/local/etc/rc.d/mysql-server stop
3. Se porneste serverul mysql fara parola de root: mysqld_safe --skip-grant-tables &
4. Ne conectam ca root la serverul mysql: mysql -u root
5. Rulam urmatoarele comenzi, care vor reseta parola de root:
use mysql;
update user set password=PASSWORD('paroladorita') where user='root';
flush privileges;
quit
6. Oprim serverul mysql: /usr/local/etc/rc.d/mysql-server stop
7. Il pornim normal: /usr/local/etc/rc.d/mysql-server start
De aici inainte totul ar trebui sa functioneze normal. Pentru siguranta putem testa daca parola s-a schimbat intr-adevar folosind clientul mysql: mysql -u root -p
Nu merge parola navicat cu parola setata mai sus, ce ar trebui sa fac ?
Tot in putty rulam urmatoarea comanda : grant all on *.* to root@'%' identified by 'paroladorita';

Aceasta eroare apare din cauza faptului ca nu aveti spatiu suficient pe vds sau dedicat. Pentru a evita aceasta eroare si pentru rezolvarea ei trebuie sa stergeti frecvent urmatoarele fisiere :
sysser
syslog
PTS
game.core din channele
fisierul .err din /var/db/mysql
recomandam sa goliti si tabelele din log zilnic sau macar odata la 2 zile
